# First 30 Minutes Guide

Your first 30 minutes in **Siege of Midgard RO** are important. This is the time when you set up your character, learn the basic systems, collect your starting items, and begin your early progression.

This guide is made to help new players get started quickly without feeling lost.

### Step 1: Log In and Create Your Character

After installing the game and logging in successfully, create your first character.

When choosing your character:

* Pick the class path you want to build toward
* Do not worry too much about being perfect at the start
* Focus on getting into the game and learning the server first

If you are new, choose a class that is simple and easy to level.

### Step 2: Claim Your Starter Support

Once you enter the game, check for your beginner support items.

Based on the current server setup, new players begin with:

* **100,000 Zeny**
* **Freebie Box**

These items are meant to help you start faster and reduce early-game struggle.

Open your starter items carefully and check what useful gear or consumables are included.

### Step 3: Learn the Basic Commands

Before doing anything else, get familiar with the most useful commands.

Important beginner commands include:

* `@commands` — view available commands
* `@autoloot` — automatically loot items
* `@alootid` — loot only specific items
* `@autoloottype` — loot by item category
* `@whodrops [item name]` — check monster drops

These commands will make farming and leveling much smoother.

### Step 4: Use Quality-of-Life NPCs

Siege of Midgard RO includes helpful features that save time and let you focus on progression.

Useful systems available early include:

* **Warper**
* **Healer**
* **Auto Loot**
* **Storage Anywhere**\
  \&#xNAN;*(restricted in PK / WoE / KoE maps)*

Use these wisely so you can move around faster, recover more easily, and manage your items better.

### Step 5: Start Leveling Immediately

Because Siege of Midgard RO is a **high-rate server**, your early levels will come quickly.

Your first goal should be:

* Gain levels fast
* Learn your class skills
* Get used to your damage and survivability
* Understand where to farm efficiently

Do not waste too much time standing around town. Start grinding early so you can take advantage of the server’s fast progression.

### Step 6: Watch Your Inventory and Loot

Early on, even small drops can be useful.

Make sure you:

* Pick up valuable drops
* Sell unneeded loot for zeny
* Keep consumables and useful equipment
* Check if any items can be used later for quests, upgrades, or trading

Building good inventory habits early will help you a lot later.

### Step 7: Learn the Server Economy Basics

Even in your first 30 minutes, it is good to understand that Siege of Midgard RO has its own progression economy.

Important things to remember:

* Zeny still matters
* **Siege RO Coins** are part of the currency system
* **Gold Room farming** exists as an additional farming path
* Long-term progression is tied to smart farming, not just fast leveling

This means your early focus should not only be levels. Start paying attention to how you earn and use resources.

### Step 8: Check the Beginner Progression Pages

After you settle in, the next best move is to continue learning from the beginner guides.

The most helpful pages after this one are:

* **Beginner Guide Hub**
* **Leveling Guide**
* **Starter Equipment Guide**
* **Beginner Zeny Guide**
* **Farming Spots Guide**

These pages will help you avoid wasting time and point you toward faster growth.

### Step 9: Explore Custom Systems Later

Do not try to learn every custom system all at once.

Once you are comfortable with your first levels, you can start exploring:

* AFK Farming
* Fishing
* Mining
* Mission Board
* Token / Currency systems
* Upgrade systems
* Other custom progression features

Take things step by step. The best start is a stable foundation.

### Step 10: Join the Community

If you have not already, join the official community channels.

This helps you:

* Stay updated on announcements
* Ask beginner questions
* Report problems if needed
* Learn from other players
* Find guides, events, and staff support

Ragnarok is always better when you are connected to the community.

### Beginner Priorities Checklist

Here is a simple checklist for your first 30 minutes:

* Create your character
* Claim your starter items
* Turn on useful commands like `@autoloot`
* Use healer and warper if needed
* Start leveling immediately
* Save useful loot and earn early zeny
* Learn the basic economy
* Read the beginner guides next

If you do these things early, your progression will be much smoother.

### Common Beginner Mistakes

Try to avoid these early mistakes:

* Ignoring your starter items
* Forgetting to use commands
* Selling useful items too quickly
* Staying too long in town without leveling
* Mixing random gear choices without a plan
* Trying to learn every custom system at once
* Not reading the beginner guides

A steady start is better than a rushed but confused one.

### Summary

Your first 30 minutes in Siege of Midgard RO should focus on:

* Getting comfortable with your character
* Using your starter support
* Learning the most useful commands
* Starting your levels quickly
* Understanding the basics of farming and economy
* Preparing for the next stage of progression

Once you finish this early setup, continue with the beginner guide section so you can build your character more efficiently.
